I am a developer based in Belgium ?? with a passion for IT & Tech related things. On this WordPress installation (uhm, this website…) I’ll try to bundle some of my most interesting finds and DIY projects. Mostly for myself, but feel free to reach out if you stumble upon a post and have questions.

This is a quote I live (and work) by. I discovered the power of IT on a young age, 10 years old to be exactly, being introduced to HTML / CSS / JS by my father who followed an evening class on these subjects. Living in a small village, it didn’t take much to become the kid who had to fix every single IT problem imaginable, because you know for an outsider, knowing IT is knowing everything that remotely has to do with a PC. This did allow me to learn a lot along the way. When I was older, I studied Applied Informatics and this together with my early interest formed a great base for my further professional life.

Professional

A big part of my career, I was employed by a relatively small international scale up. The fact that it was small, made it quite interesting for me as I had a big responsibility in both infrastructure and software development fields. Something I have always liked is the possibility to learn and work in a broad variety of IT sub fields.

Today I am a freelance IT consultant, helping clients all around the world to enhance their software and infrastructure.
